Event Planning: IT Calendar
is integrated with Work Mode Management, Quality Gate Management, IT Task Planning, and Change Request Management.
You are authorized to access Work Mode Management, Quality Gate Management, IT Task Planning, Change Request Management, and Event Planning: IT Calendar.
Open the Event Planning: IT Calendar
application on the launch pad. You can also open the application from the Technical Administration work center on the launch pad.
Note
If you are launching the application from the Technical Administration work center then do the following:
In the Detailed Selection
screen area, select the query.
Group components in queries for faster access.
To view the events planned for components, select the components.
Choose IT Calendar
.
If you are opening the Event Planning: IT Calendar
application on the launch pad, you can choose the technical component of the type technical system.

If you want to make changes to the planned IT event or work mode, edit your settings.

Recommendation
To remove the records that are flagged for deletion from IT Calendar database, schedule the report program ITC_REMOVE_DELETED_EVENTS
in background, periodically. This reduces data volume.
