The Solution Documentation Assistant gives a view of the analysis results of the check items assigned to the nodes of the Analysis Structure.
You have called the Analysis Results Overview.
You have chosen the Structure
tab.
You have clicked on a rated node in the tree structure, to open the table of the check items assigned to it.
The analysis results of the check items are displayed in a table next to the Analysis Tree Structure. Depending on your settings, the table shows the following for each check item, for example:
Name of check item
User who last changed the check item
Type of check item:
Identifying check items determine the rating of the node in the analysis. The rating of an identifying check item depends on the rating of the assigned check steps.
Referencing check items derive the rating of a structure node from the valuation of the superordinate structure node. Referencing check items can be used, for example, for manual business process steps that are performed outside the system. For example, placing an invoice in an envelope and sending it can be derived from the business process Create Invoice.
Informative check items only provide information and do not influence the rating.
See Creating and Editing Check Items for further information.
Time of last change to check item
Status determined by the check item in the analysis, for example, active, probably active, or inactive.
The status of check items depends on the rating of the assigned check steps. If the assigned check steps have different statuses, the rating of the check item depends on the logical links of the check steps.
For the AND link, the following matrix applies:
Status | True | Probably true | False | No result | Not analyzed | No result (error) | No result (expensive check step) | Not analyzed (logical conditions) |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
True | Active |

Probably true | Probably active | Probably active | ||||||
False | Inactive | Inactive | Inactive | |||||
No result | Probably active | Probably active | Inactive | No result | ||||
Not analyzed | Probably active | Probably active | Inactive | No result | Not analyzed | |||
No result (error) | Probably active | Probably active | Inactive | No result | No result | No result | ||
No result (expensive check step) | Probably active | Probably active | Inactive | No result | No result | No result | No result | |
Not checked (logical conditions) | Probably active | Probably active | Inactive | No result | Not analyzed | No result | No result | Not analyzed |
For the OR link, the following matrix applies:
Status | True | Probably true | False | No result | Not analyzed | No result (error) | No result (expensive check step) | Not analyzed (logical conditions) |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
True | Active | |||||||
Probably true | Active | Probably active | ||||||

Not analyzed | Active | Probably active | Inactive | No result | Not analyzed | |||
No result (error) | Active | Probably active | Inactive | No result | No result | No result | ||
No result (expensive check step) | Active | Probably active | Inactive | No result | No result | No result | No result | |
Not checked (logical conditions) | Active | Probably active | Inactive | No result | Not analyzed | No result | No result | Not analyzed |
Probably true: A check step produced a result.
No result: The system could not perform a rating because, for example, data was not available due to an error or because you excluded costly SQL check steps when creating the analysis.
Not analyzed: When creating the analysis, you set the logical component or the check step to Not in Scope
and thus, excluded it.
No result (error): The system could not perform a rating due to a lack of data, for example, because an error occurred during data collection.
No result (expensive check step): You classified SQL check steps as Very expensive SQL statements
and specified, when the analysis was created, that expensive SQL check steps were not to be executed.
Not checked (logical conditions): When creating the analysis, you selected the Use Optimization
option, to keep the system load low. Optimization means that the analysis of a check item ends as soon as a result for the check item rating is sufficient. In this case, the system does not execute individual check steps according to logical conditions (AND/OR links).
Select a check item, to display a table with the results of the check steps assigned to it.
