Workset: Content Administration
The Content Administration workset provides administrators with tools to create and maintain content in the portal, including roles, worksets, iViews, pages, and layouts.
By default, the Content Administration workset is integrated into the Content Admin role (see Administration Roles).

The workset contains the following items (comprising folders, pages, and iViews):
Portal Content |
Launches the Portal Content Studio. It is a central point for administrators to create and edit portal content (iViews, pages, layouts, worksets, roles, business objects) using the available content creation wizards, editors, and tools. For more information, see Portal Content Studio. |
Multiple Property Replacement |
Enables you to modify the properties of a number of portal objects at the same time. For more information, see Multiple Property Replacement. |
Portal Content Translation |
Contains the following: · Translation Worklist Coordination: Offers tools to create and administer worklists for the translation of content objects. This includes generating the worklists, releasing the generated worklists for translation, and publishing the translated texts. · Worklist Translation: Allows worklists to be translated from a source language to a selected target language. Web Dynpro |
Contains the following: · Web Dynpro Content Administrator: Allows administration of content deployed to the J2EE Engine. It also provides other capabilities. For more information, see Web Dynpro Content Administrator. |
Activity Reports |
Displays preconfigured reports on the most popular iViews and pages in the portal, and the current status of activity reporting. To view activity information, the system administrator must enable data collection and aggregation. For more information, see Portal Activity Report. |
