Portal Activity Report 
The portal activity report feature enables portal administrators to gather and present information about portal activity, including information about the users who logged on to the portal and about the content that was viewed.
The feature includes an iView that can display a portal activity report with one of the following:
Information about the number of users who logged on during a specified period of time
This type of portal activity report also displays a graphic showing the change in the number of users logged on over time.
Information about the users who logged on
Information about the number of users who visited each page and iView

The following is the workflow for setting up and using the portal activity report feature:
Configuring the Data Collection Service
By default, the data collection service is turned on, and data is collected for all iViews and pages.
You need to configure the data collection service only if you want to change the default properties for the data collection service.
