Calling with the BEx Portfolio 

Use

The BEx Portfolio includes a special layout for the KM Navigation iView with which you can call your BI content. This layout takes the needs of BI users into special consideration.

Technical name of the layout: ConsumerBroadcasting

Features

You can adjust the layout directly either in the KM Navigation iView or in the KM folder.

The Layout Settings property enables you to define a layout directly from the iView.

The BEx Portfolio is delivered as part of the Business Explorer portal role. It includes the Broadcasting layout. For more information on the Broadcasting layout, see Displaying Folder Content with the Broadcasting Layout Profile.

Using the context menu, you can display Details of a Knowledge Management folder. For more information, see Navigating in Folders.

In the Details, you can change the layout of the folder using Settings → Display.
