Displaying Mobile Components 

Use

You can use this function to check which mobile components can be deployed to the mobile device.

Prerequisites

You have started the Mobile Administrator.

Procedure

...

       1.      Switch to the Mobile Components function.

       2.      Find the mobile components for which you want to display the detailed information. You can use * (asterisk) as a placeholder.

       3.      If the component you are looking for is not displayed, update the view by choosing Reload and restart the search.

Mobile components are not displayed until after they are uploaded. If you have set up the job accordingly, the system uploads the mobile components on a regular basis (see Reports for Scheduling Background Jobs). Alternatively, you can execute the report manually using Reload.

       4.      Select the mobile components for which you want to display the detailed information.

The system then displays the detailed information in the lower part of the window.

With the Mobile Components function you can also remove mobile components from the server (see Removing Mobile Components) and add a web dispatcher value (see Adding a Web Dispatcher Value).
