Adding a Web Dispatcher Value 

Use

To avoid that users of the mobile device can see your internal host name and port number, you can add a web dispatcher value. This value is used together with the web path when the client downloads mobile applications from the server. When creating setup packages however, the webserver value will be used together with the webpath value.

Prerequisites

●      You started the Mobile Administrator.

●      The mobile component is available on the server (see Deploying Mobile Components on the Server).

Procedure

...

       1.      Switch to the Mobile Components function.

       2.      Find the mobile components for which you want to add a web dispatcher value.

       3.      Select the mobile component and choose Add Web Dispatcher.

       4.      Enter the value and save your entries.
