Use

The User Administration workset provides administrators with tools to enable user management and role assignments in the portal.

Integration

The User Administration workset is integrated into the User Admin role (see Administration Roles).

Features

The workset contains the following items (comprising of folders and iViews):

Identity Management

Provides a wide range of user management capabilities, such as:

      Searching for roles, groups, and users

      Creating and maintaining user accounts for the portal

      Creating user groups

      Assigning users to local and remote roles

      Viewing user information

      Resetting passwords

      Mapping portal users for single sign-on (SSO) purposes

      Exporting users

Import

Enables administrators to import users, groups, and roles.

Activity Reports

Displays preconfigured reports on user activity in the portal and the current status of activity reporting.

 Note

To view activity information, the system administrator must enable data collection and aggregation.
