Portal Favorites iView 
The Portal Favorites iView allows users to store links providing direct access to the following Knowledge Management (KM) elements and portal navigation objects:
KM: folders, documents, contacts
Portal: pages, iViews that run as full-page applications (iViews that belong to a role or folder, but are not part of a page)
The Portal Favorites iView is part of the Knowledge Management installation and is integrated into the portal through the portal framework page. When the relevant properties are set:
The iView appears in the navigation panel
Both the page title bar Options menu and the context menu of the Detailed Navigation iView display an Add to Portal Favorites item, allowing users to store links to favorites.
You have installed Knowledge Management.
To add a displayed portal page to Portal Favorites, use the appropriate item in the page title bar Options menu. Enable the item by setting the property: Show 'Add to Portal Favorites' Option.
To add portal objects located in Detailed Navigation to Portal Favorites, use the appropriate option in the context menu of the navigation panel. Enable the option by setting the following properties.

Show 'Add to Portal Favorites' Option in Context Menu
The first property activates the Detailed Navigation iView's context menu. The second property displays the relevant option in the context menu.
To reach the necessary properties for either option, in top-level navigation, choose . In the Portal Catalog go to , and in the context menu of the Classic Framework Page choose .
To access the property that enables the Add to Portal Favorites option in the page title bar, select Page Title Bar and click Properties.
To access the properties that enable the Add to Portal Favorites option in the context menu of the Detailed Navigation iView, open the Desktop Innerpage for editing, select Detailed Navigation iView, and click Properties.
In the Property Editor, from the Property Category list, select Show All and scroll for the property you need. Set the property to Yes.
