You can display information about the positive call closure. Positive Call Closure (PCC) is your direct feedback channel to SAP Support. When you confirm a customer message, you can tell SAP what you liked about the service and what you think should be improved. SAP uses this information to refine and adapt the message solving process. In this way, you can influence SAP Support and benefit from SAP’s improved service.

PCC receives feedback from customers in the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaire appears automatically once a customer confirms a message in the SAP Service Marketplace. Scoring ranges from 1 to 10, where a score of 1 is very dissatisfied and a score of 10 is very satisfied.

Positive Call Closure delivers its business content in a pre-built InfoCube called Positive Call Closure.
