System Switch Completion: Issuing System
Use
When switching the system of a force element, the receiving system must be selected as the new operational system in the issuing system to complete the final actions .
This workflow prompts the agent responsible to carry out the following measures:
Send an IDoc (cross-system command: /ISDFPS/CS_COMMANDEX) from the receiving system to the issuing system using the
Status Monitor for ALE Messages
application (transaction BD87) to identify the receiving system as the new operational system for the force element concerned in the issuing system.Use the
Status Monitor for ALE Messages
application (transaction BD87) to check whether the IDoc for selecting the new operational system in the receiving system was sent successfully.
The system also informs the central system if necessary; see Informing Systems of System Switch .
