 Operational Lineup

Definition

Lineup that is used to check the current operational condition/type of technical objects on site.

Use

You use the operational lineup to perform the required checks on site. An operational lineup can be created both from another operational lineup and from a lineup template . In this case, the data from the template is copied completely and is available for further processing.

Structure

After you have set the status PREP ( prepared ) for a verification listfor the operational lineup, the system determines the following for all listed technical objects:

  • The expected operational condition/type based on the master data for mode-dependent tagging

  • The current operational condition/type

  • The status of the check

To support you, this is displayed using the following symbols:

    • Red traffic light: There is an active lockout/tagout

    • Yellow traffic light: The current operational condition/type does not match the expected operational condition/type

    • Green traffic light: The current operational condition/type matches the expected operational condition/type

      Note Note

For all items that have an active lockout/tagout, there is no check on site.

      End of the note.

As soon as you have processed a verification list completely (that is when you have completed all checks on site and logged the results in the system), the system closes this list. If further checks are required, the system generates a new verification list for the next check. This is based on the data from the list that was just closed. As soon as the system closes the last required verification list, the lineup is also closed automatically.
