Completion of Personnel Planning Agents can trigger this workflow manually in the
Structures Workbench
by choosing
Personnel Planning Completed
, if they have completed their personnel planning tasks.
The recipient of the work item checks the personnel planning and can confirm this explicitly or, by means of a work item, inform the initiator of any corrections to be made.
If the work item is rejected, the initiator is informed by e-mail. The system terminates the workflow.
If the agent rejects the work item and has not yet created an attachment for the rejection reason, a corresponding, obligatory request occurs automatically in the next step. This attachment is added to the e-mail.
As soon as the initiator has made the relevant corrections, he or she has to trigger this workflow again.
If personnel planning has been completed correctly, the workflow is completed immediately afterwards.
The workflow is also terminated if the force element concerned is deleted.

TS11200125 OF126ANLAGE Create Attachment and Add to Workflow
Agent assignment is carried out directly for the standard task. Examples of agent types include organizational unit, position, and user. This task is to be classified as a general task. General tasks do not have to be assigned an agent, since all users are allowed to perform them. The agent is determined on the basis of the workflow context.
TS11200128 OFTSPLANPER User Determination Task for Close of Personnel Planning
You can assign any number of positions here. To do so, create a separate force element, assign it the relevant personnel categories, and link it to this workflow standard task.
User determination at runtime: At least one of these positions should appear in the relevant force element (for which the workflow is started) under the personnel categories. This forms the intersection.

Agent assignment by means of positions is made in this case in the
Structures Workbench
by means of personnel categories.
Agents can trigger the event for starting the workflow directly in the
Structures Workbench
by choosing
Personnel Planning Completed
. The application ensures that the changes made have been saved.
The event triggering in the method HANDLE_TOOLBARCLICK of class /ISDFPS/CL_FDPFA_FTR is implemented.
