Workflow: System Switch This workflow coordinates the subarea workflow you defined for the system switch of a force element to ensure that preparatory or final actions are carried out in the correct sequence. The workflow is triggered at the following times:
In the issuing system when the system switch is triggered.
In the receiving system when all workflow work items in the issuing system are completed.
The subarea workflows are triggered according to the sequence defined in Customizing. The recipient of the corresponding work items carries out the measures required and completes the relevant work item after his or her tasks are completed.
This workflow triggers the supplied subarea workflows . You can define and include your own workflows.
You are familiar with the process for switching the system of a force element and the relevant Customizing settings.

The workflow template of a subarea workflow is assigned to the workflow as an additional task to execute the subarea workflow. The system performs an ad-hoc definition of the task.
