Subarea Workflows: Preparatory Measures
Use
You can use these subarea workflows when switching the system of a force element in the issuing system to inform the agent responsible via a work item that preparatory measures must be taken in his or her business subarea.
Integration
The subarea workflows are called by the workflow for the system switch .
Prerequisites
State the tasks contained in the subarea workflows regarding their agent assignment as general tasks. Do this in the Customizing client so that this is taken into account when distributing to decentralized systems.
