Use

You define descriptions for a force element to document the properties of the force element.

Structure

On the Description tab page in the Structures Workbench, you can define a descriptive text for each language and subtype (text type).

You define subtypes in the IMG activity Maintain Subtypes by choosing  Personnel Management Organizational Management Basic Settings Data Model Enhancement Infotype Maintenance Maintain Subtypes .

Descriptions are stored in infotype 1002 in Organizational Management .
