Use

This workflow is triggered as soon as the process for relocating technical objects has been completed. The process itself runs in the background.

Customizing: Assign Agents

For general information about user assignment, see Agent Determination .

  • TS11200139 OF127PMRELOC Info About Incorr. Transfer of Tech.Obj.

Agent assignment is carried out directly for the standard task. Examples of agent types include organizational unit, position, and user. This task is to be classified as a general task. General tasks do not have to be assigned an agent, since all users are allowed to perform them. The agent is determined on the basis of the workflow context.

  • TS11200138 OFTSRELOC Rule for PM Relocation Error

You can assign any number of positions here. To do this, create a separate, independent force element. Assign personnel categories to these, and link this workflow standard task.

User determination at runtime: At least one of the above positions should appear in the relevant force element (for which the workflow is started) under the personnel categories. This forms the intersection.

  • TS11200137 OFCLEARRELOC Clearing Task PM Relocation Error

Agent assignment using positions is carried out here using personnel categories in the Structures Workbench .
