 Distribution of Transaction Data

Use

To ensure that the location rating and maintenance planning is integrated in a distributed system landscape, the maintenance documents must be distributed.

You are familiar with the topic Distribution of Customizing Settings .

Features

The documents are distributed after the technical objects.

The Responsible Work Center field in the header of a maintenance notification or maintenance order indicates who is responsible for processing this document.

The document distribution comprises the following objects:

  • Maintenance notifications

    If force elements that contain responsible work centers or that are linked to a technical object are distributed, the system determines and distributes the related maintenance notifications. With the exception of partner data, all maintenance notification data is distributed.

  • Maintenance orders

    If force elements that contain responsible work centers or that are linked to a technical object are distributed, the system determines and distributes the related maintenance orders.

    Note Note

    Account assignment data is distributed only from decentralized to centralized systems.

    If the status changes, no settlement rules are created in the decentralized system. In the central system, on the other hand, the system automatically generates the settlement rule by means of the BAdI /ISDFPS/SR.

  • Measurement documents

    If force elements that contain technical objects (functional location/equipment hierarchies) are distributed, the associated measurement documents are also distributed. At least the last measurement document to be generated is distributed with the relevant technical object.
