The work permit is a printout that confirms the execution of tasks or activities in Work Clearance Management . You can print a work permit for each WCM object .

You need special authorization to print a work permit.

The printout of a work permit can be blocked by the approval status . For example, a work permit can only be printed when the traffic light that shows the approval status is green.

We distinguish between the first printout (original) and the following printout (copy). When you print a work permit, the system sets the status PWP ( Work Permit Printed ) for the corresponding WCM object.
