 Specifying the Maximum Contingent Size

Procedure

You are in the Personnel Organizational Basis application (transaction /ISDFPS/TOEP1).

  1. Load the highest-level force element in the operation or exercise and choose the Max. Contingent Size tab page.

  2. Select the required contingent and the required planning session.

    The personnel upper limit defined for the operation or exercise is displayed as the maximum contingent size of the force element.

  3. For each lower-level force element, specify the number of positions that you want to define as its maximum contingent size.

  4. Save your entries.

  5. Carry out these steps for all lower-level force elements until you have defined the required maximum contingent size for all of the force elements in your structure.

On the basis of this, you can now plan the number of positions that are to be available for each force element.
