Reports: Stock Levels and Provisions Levels These reports enable you to display the current stock levels and current provisions levels of selected force elements or selected plants, storage locations, or MRP areas.
You can start these reports from the
Structures Workbench
from a force element that is already selected there. You do not have any further selection options.
You can also start these reports directly. You can then select either the required force element (
Organizational Flexibility View
) or a plant, a storage location, or an MRP area (
Materials Management View
). The following
selection criteria
are available:
Organizational Flexibility View
Force Element
You specify the required force element for which you want to display the stock levels/provisions levels
.
Structure Operation
/
Evaluation Path
You specify whether and which lower-level force elements are to be included in the selection
.
Stock
/
Provisions / Infrastructure Material
You specify whether you want to display stocks, provisions, and/or infrastructure material stocks, that is, which storage locations are to be evaluated
.
Materials Management View
You can define the plant, storage location, or MRP area for which you want to display the stock levels/provisions levels
.
You can also restrict the selection to specific material numbers
.
Two reports are available
:
Material Situation
(all materials
)
Maintenance Level
(equipment only
)
Call up the
Material Situation
application (transaction /ISDFPS/DISP_MAT_SIT) or the
Maintenance Level
application (transaction /ISDFPS/DISP_EQU_SIT).
Enter the required selection criteria.
Choose
Execute.
In the
Structures Workbench
,
choose the following menu path:
for the material situation, or
for the maintenance level.
From the menu, decide whether you want to display the stocks or the provisions.
The stock is displayed for the stock storage location assigned directly to the force element.
The provisions are displayed for the complete provisions MRP area.
You can also access these reports using pushbuttons on the Stock/Provisions tab page. You can also display the stock situation for the complete stock MRP area.
