Checks (IS-U-IN)
To be able to archive the data of a budget billing plan, the following conditions must be fulfilled: The preprocessing program checks that:
The budget billing plan must be deactivated.
The print document that has deactivated the budget billing plan, must be completely archived (line data and header data).
Aside from these standard checks, the selection conditions specified in the selection screen must also be met.
