ERP Procurement Analytics
You can use this business function to enable real-time reporting in purchasing and inventory. With the new direct-access DataSources in purchasing analysis and inventory analysis and Operational Data Providers (ODP) on top of these DataSources real-time reporting is now possible.
You can also use this business function to enable embedded analytics in Single Processing of Purchase Requisition (SPPR) and Collective Processing of Purchase Requisition (CPPR) for vendor evaluation.

This business function is related to another business function in Materials Management ERP, MM, Procurement (LOG_MM_CI_4) for embedded analytics in SPPR and CPPR. To achieve embedded analytics in
the above applications, both of the business functions have to be active. The switch behind the BF LOG_MM_ANALYTICS_01
activates the necessary analytics content for the embedded analytics and the BF MM - LOG_MM_CI_4
controls the enhancement
to the applications.

Direct Access Data Provisioning and ODPs for Purchasing Analysis
This functionality allows real-time reporting of purchasing information. Operational Data Providers (ODP) are developed similar to the existing BI info providers for Purchasing Analysis, and new queries on top of these ODPs provide the real time reports. New DataSources have been created with direct-access capabilities.
