The enhanced SPPR supports the following new functions:
User personalization
Park and hold
The user can park documents when they need clarification regarding an account. The user can temporarily park or store a document until clearance or approval. The document can then be posted.
You can hold documents when the data you require to complete the transaction, such as a cost center number, is not yet available.
Template functionality now covers services
Integration to catalog
Selection of services from different documents and model service specification (MSS)
Improved error handling
Enhanced handling of account assignments
Copy account assignment
For newly-created and selected service lines, the account assignment data is copied by default. The user can overwrite the data by opening the account assignment for particular service line, and in this case the system displays a confirmation message.
Navigation
Previously, the user had to close the accounting dialog box and open it again to see accounting lines for different service lines. The user can now do this by clicking on the next or previous line buttons in the Accounting
dialog
box. This displays the accounting of other service lines.
Add
button
This has been replaced by default
lines.
A new Edit
button has been added to the CPPR screen.
In previous releases, when the CPPR screen was refreshed, the screen appeared in display mode. To make changes to application the user had to close the screen, and relaunch the application.
The Edit
button allows the user to edit directly without relaunching the CPPR application.
