A customer order that is executed at regular intervals, on a certain date, for a certain amount, and for a certain recipient.
You can use standing orders for SEPA Direct Debit transactions. For more information, see Creating a Standing Order.
Transaction Type
You create standing orders for each account, whereby the transaction type forms the basis of a standing order. For special requirements you need to maintain the transaction type in the Customizing settings by choosing
.Release Procedure
In Customizing you can also specify that there is to be an amount-dependent authorization check and release using the release procedure. For standing orders with a fixed amount, choose

Other Details
Other required details include the amount, the payment method, the ordering party account and the recipient data.
Restriction of Standing Order Recipient
You can restrict the standing order recipient to the bank accounts associated to a particular account holder by setting the BP Bank
indicator for the product associated to the account. You make this setting in Customizing for BCA by choosing .
Suspend Execution of Standing Order
You can suspend the execution of a standing order.
Externally Initiated Payment Transactions and Dialog Payment Transactions
You can use a BAdI (BADI_BKK_SO_BANK_KEY_CHECK
) to specify whether the standing order is to be created if the bank key of the ordering party item or recipient item differs from the account bank key.

Parallel Processing
If you use Parallel Processing for Standing Orders
, the system posts the standard orders in parallel processing. You can specify the number of standing orders for each package for parallel processing. To improve the system performance, you can set the No Connection to External Payment Transaction System
indicator. To use parallel processing, you need to enter settings in Customizing for Bank Customer Accounts (IS-B-BCA)
by choosing .
This function selects the standing orders in the following sequence: Debits, fixed amount, variable amount.
You can include the report for executing standing orders (RFBKSOCRPAR
) in the end-of-day processing chain.
