Use this IT process to adapt your portal application to changing requirements.

1. Modify application
Modify the application UI and/or business logic if necessary.
2. Apply portal styles to non-SAP controls
To ensure the uniform portal look and feel of your application, use the Portal Style Designer tool supplied by PDK for .NET to apply portal styles to non-SAP UI controls, if such are used in your application.
This step is optional.
Perform the following process steps in the EP usage type:

1. Redefine roles
Redefine the portal roles to adapt to the changing needs, if necessary.
2. Reassign pages
Reassign the pages to the changed roles, if necessary.
3. Personalize the application
Use the portal personalization tools to customize the application for end users and/or administrators.
