Use

With the RSWR_BOOKMARK_REORG report, in system administration, you have the option of reorganizing and deleting bookmarks.

Bookmarks are saved navigational states of a Web application. They are created in the BI system with the following operations:

      Using the Export and Distribute Bookmark function in the context menu of a Web application

      In the BEx Web Analyzer when saving the ad hoc analysis

      When you personalize Web applications

Integration

The RSWR_BOOKMARK_REORG report enables you to reorganize bookmarks that result from Web templates in SAP NetWeaver 7.0 format. You can reorganize bookmarks that result from Web templates with SAP BW 3.x format by using the RSRD_ADMIN_BOOKMARKS_3X report or the Reporting Agent (see Managing Bookmarks).

You can reorganize bookmarks generated by information broadcasting using the RSRD_BOOKMARK_REORGANISATION report. For more information, see Reorganization of Bookmark IDs and View IDs.

Features

Search

In the RSWR_BOOKMARK_REORG report, you can search for the bookmarks according to the following criteria:

General Criteria

Created by User: You can enter the user name for the user that created the bookmark.

Time of Attachment: You can enter the appropriate time or timeframe.

Bookmark Points to Following Object

Type: You can choose whether a report, a Web template, a query view, or a query forms the basis of the bookmark.

Technical ID: You can enter the technical name of the Web template.

Reorganization

After you execute the search criteria, a list of the appropriate bookmarks is returned. The following options (among others) are available for the reorganization:

      Delete: You can use Delete to delete the bookmarks you no longer need.

      Refresh: You can use Refresh to refresh the list.

      Details: You use Details to get detailed information about a selected bookmark (technical ID, object type, object name, user, and time of creation).

      Sort: You can sort the list in ascending or in descending order.

      Set Filter: You can use Set Filter to filter the output list according to certain criteria (such as time of creation, for example).

      Print: You can print the list.

Activities

You execute the RSWR_BOOKMARK_REORG report (transaction code SA38) in the BI system, search for the required bookmark, and delete it as necessary.
