This query displays all existing cost estimates for a material in a plant. The cost estimates are displayed sorted by costing variant. The total costs and the fixed and variable costs are displayed for each cost component group. You can restrict the number of cost estimates displayed by specifying a time frame.

In addition, you can drill down in the cost component groups to the cost components and display the overall costs of the lower levels and the overall costs of the last production level.

You can use this query to perform all analyses if you display the necessary information in each case. You can perform simple individual analyses for a single cost estimate with the following queries:

This query restricts characteristics for which each value could have a cost estimate or cost component split for each material, costing date, and costing variant. Without these restrictions, the cost estimates or cost component splits would be added together and displayed as a single cost estimate. For example, costing versions 1 and 2 would be added.

Some characteristics were restricted to just one typical value. For the others, you must choose the value when you start the query. If you want to restrict characteristics to values other than the preselected values, copy this query and modify the copy accordingly. This can be particularly useful when you want to define a query that contains one of the following pieces of information:
