Alert Generation for Unacknowledged/Unconfirmed SA Releases  

Use

You, as customer, can use the Generate Alerts for Unacknowledged or Unconfirmed SA Releases report (/SCA/RELUNACKNALERTWRITE) in SAP Supply Network Collaboration (SAP SNC) to generate alerts for scheduling agreement releases (SA releases) that the supplier has still not adequately responded to after a specific period has expired (alert type Unacknowledged/Unconfirmed Scheduling Agreement Release, alert type ID 7024). The report deletes obsolete alerts.

Features

Defining the Period

You can enter a response time in the report settings (in days and hours). If you do not enter a value, the system uses the default response time. The default response time is five days in the standard delivery.

The default response time is defined in the BAdI implementation /SCA/UNACKNRELBADI of the BAdI /SCA/UNACKNRELBADI that SAP delivers as active. Sie können im BAdI eine andere Standardreaktionszeit festlegen.

Alert Conditions

The report generates and alert if the release is older than the response time and at least one of the following situations has occurred:

●      The supplier has not yet acknowledged the release.

●      The release contains open confirmation requests (see Generation and Update of Confirmation Requests). This condition is only relevant for confirmation management (see Extended Confirmation Management).

●      According to confirmation control, scheduling agreement confirmations are mandatory for the release (see Confirmation Control). However, the release contains release schedule lines without scheduling agreement confirmations.

●      The release contains scheduling agreement confirmations that the supplier has not yet sent to the collaborative management of scheduling agreement releases in SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (SAP APO) (see Sending Scheduling Agreement Confirmations to SAP APO).

In this case the report only generates an alert of you have set the Sent Confirmations indicator. The alert and indicator are only relevant for the Service Parts Planning scenario.

Activities

To call the report for online processing, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Supply Network Collaboration ® Exceptions ® Alert Generation ® Generate Alerts for Unacknowledged/Unconfirmed SA Releases.
