From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose  Administration Utilities Period-End Closing .

In the Period-End Closing — Selection Criteria window, define required selection criteria and settings.

Choose the Execute pushbutton.

In the Period-End Closing window, in the header area, from the Branch dropdown list, select the branch for which you want to perform a period-end closing.

Specify other required information, select documents by selecting the Approved checkboxes, and choose the Execute pushbutton.
