Use this window to specify the selection criteria for the target price lists and UoM items to which you want to copy the Reduce By % information.

To access this window:

  1. From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose Start of the navigation path Inventory Next navigation step Price Lists Next navigation step Price Lists End of the navigation path.

  2. In the Price Lists window, in the upper left area, select the Update Entire Price List radio button.

  3. Double-click the price list line whose [Price Lists Name] window you want to open.

  4. In the [Price Lists Name] window, double-click the item line whose [Price Lists Name] - UoM Prices window you want to open.

  5. In the [Price Lists Name] - UoM Prices window, choose the Copy Reduce By button.

Copy From Area Fields
Price List

Displays the source price list to which the source UoM item belongs.
Item No.

Displays the source item from which the "reduce by %" information is copied.
UoM Code

Select the UoM code whose "reduce by %" information you want to copy.

If you want to select more than one UoM code, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose the extended button to the right of this field. The Units of Measure window opens.

  2. Select the UoMs you require and choose the OK button. Then Multiple is displayed in this field.

If you want to select more than one UoM code, choose the extended button to the right of this field. The Units of Measure window opens. Select the UoMs you require, and choose the OK button. Then Multiple is displayed in this field.

Copy To Area Fields
Price List

Select the target price list to which the source UoM items belong.

If you want to select more than one target price list, choose the Browse button to the right of this field. The Price Lists window opens. Select the price lists you require and choose the OK button. Then Multiple is displayed in this field.
UoM Group

Select the UoM group to which you want to copy the "reduce by %" information.

If you want to select more than one UoM group, choose the Browse button to the right of this field. The UoM Group window opens. Select the UoM groups you require, and choose the OK button. Then Multiple is displayed in this field.
Item No. From ... To ...

Select the target items to which the "reduce by %" information is copied.
Item Group

Select the item group to filter the items to which the "reduce by %" information is copied.
Properties

Choose the button to open the Properties window. Specify the properties to filter the items to which the "reduce by %" information is copied.
General Area Fields
Replace All UoM Prices

Erases all existing "reduce by %" information in the target price lists and adds new "reduce by %" information and new UoM prices.
Update Only Existing UoM Prices

Updates only existing "reduce by %" information with matching UoM codes, but does not add new UoM prices.
Add New UoM Prices Without Updating Existing Prices

Adds new UoM prices but does not update existing "reduce by %" information with matching UoM codes.
Add New UoM Prices and Update Existing Prices

Adds new UoM prices and updates existing "reduce by %" information with matching UoM codes.
Only Copy to UoM with "Auto" Selected

Select this checkbox to copy the "reduce by %" information to only the UoM prices that have the Auto checkbox selected.

Note Note

The checkbox is available only if you have selected the Update Only Existing UoM Prices or Add New UoM Prices and Update Existing Prices radio button.

Update

Choose to update the "reduce by %" information in the target price lists, without a preview.

The Copy UoM Reduce By - Selection Criteria window is then closed.
Preview

Choose to preview the updated price lists before the "reduce by %" information is updated in the database. The Updated Price Lists with Reduce By - Preview window is then opened.
