Print Preferences: General Tab
Enter the maximum number of table rows per page. If more than the specified number of table rows has to be printed for a document, the excess rows are automatically printed on additional pages. The maximum number of table rows per page is usually between 10 and 40, depending on the margins defined for the printer, the page format and the vertical compression. |
Specify the vertical compression percentage to be applied to the document. When you specify the value 100, the characters are printed in their original size. When you specify the value 70, the printed characters will be compressed by 70%. You can also specify values greater than 100. When you specify a vertical compression less than 100, you can print more rows on each page. |
Define the appropriate print margins in centimeters if, for example, you want to print the document on company letterhead. |
Specify the maximum number of table rows per page when exporting the document to Microsoft Word. If more than the specified number of table rows has to be exported, additional pages are created automatically. The maximum number of table rows per page is dependent on the margins defined for the pages and the page format of the Microsoft Word template. |
The selected serial number will appear in the documents when using the relevant print layout. |
Select this checkbox if you want to print the documents on company letterhead to deactivate your company details in the printout. Documents will be printed without your company details. |

Select this checkbox if you want to print the “Canceled” watermark on a canceled marketing document or the “Cancellation” watermark on a cancellation document.

Select this checkbox to enforce the preferred settings of your system printer when selected Crystal reports or Crystal Reports layouts have conflicting printing settings. For example, the default paper size of a Crystal Reports layout is A4, while the preferred paper size of your system printer is A5. If you do not select this checkbox, the print settings of Crystal Reports override those of the system printer.
Every time you change the print preferences of your system printer, you must restart the SAP Business One client application to apply the changes. This system behavior is the same as for PLD layouts. End of the note. |
