Working with Bin Locations
With SAP Business One, you can manage bin locations for your warehouses. In order to provide you with more flexibility in inventory management, SAP Business One lets you enable the bin location function for individual warehouses.
After you enable the bin location function for intended warehouses, bin locations need to be recorded for all receipts and issues of inventory in those warehouses, including the processing of the following documents or transactions:
Purchasing
Goods Receipt PO
Goods Return
A/P Invoice
A/P Credit Memo
Sales
Delivery
Return
A/R Invoice
A/R Invoice + Payment
A/R Credit Memo
Inventory
Goods Receipt
Goods Issue
Inventory Transfer
