Procedure documentationPicking Items for Shipment Locate this document in the navigation structure

Prerequisites

You have created at least one pick list in SAP Business One.

Procedure

You can work with pick lists to pick items for shipments in one of the following ways:

  • Print the pick list

You can print the pick list and mark the number picked items on the printout as you pick them.

  • Use the online pick list

Open the Pick List window on your computer, and in the Picked column, enter the number of items you have picked.

    Note Note

If you have enabled SAP Business One to allow partial deliveries for sales orders and/or A/R reserve invoices, you can release a partially picked order for delivery and shipment. Later, when you have enough items in stock, you can create an extra pick list from the partially picked sales order or A/R reserve invoice. For more information, see Sales Order: Logistics Tab or A/R Invoice: Logistics Tab (the fields are similar to those in the A/R Reserve Invoice window, Logistics tab).

In the new Pick List window, the Ordered column shows the total number of items ordered, and the Released column shows the total number of items that need to be picked for the sales order or A/R reserve invoice.

    End of the note.
