You have created at least one pick list in SAP Business One.
You can view a pick list from any of the following windows:
From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose
.Do one of the following:
In the Pick List window, in the General area at the top of the window, enter a pick list number or other criteria to open the List of Pick and Pack window.
While the Pick List window is open, in the toolbar, click the icons to navigate to the pick list you want to open.
Select the row of the pick list you want to view, then choose the Choose button.
Note
From the List of Pick and Pack Window window, you can open only one pick list at a time. If you want to open more than one pick list, you can keep this window open by selecting the Keep Visible checkbox.
The Pick List window opens.
Note
The Released drawer view displays pick lists whose items have not yet been picked.
From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose
.In the Pick and Pack Manager - Selection Criteria window, enter the required information and choose the OK button.
In the Pick and Pack Manager window, choose the Released drawer.
Do one of the following:
Detailed view
In the Pick No. column, click the (Link Arrow) icon of the pick list you want to view.
Summary view
In the Pick Number column, click the (Link Arrow) icon of the pick list you want to view.
Note
The Picked drawer view displays pick lists whose items have been picked, but not yet delivered.
From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose
.In the Pick and Pack Manager - Selection Criteria window, enter the required information and choose the OK button.
In the Pick and Pack Manager window, choose the Picked drawer.
Do one of the following:
Detailed view
In the Pick No. column, click the (Link Arrow) icon of the pick list you want to view.
Summary view
In the Pick Number column, click the (Link Arrow) icon of the pick list you want to view.
Note
You can display sales UoM or inventory UoM details in the Pick and Pack Manager window (only in the Detailed view) and the Pick List window as follows:
Display the Form Settings window by doing one of the following:
In the menu bar, choose
.In the toolbar, click the (Form Settings) icon.
On the Document tab, on the Table subtab, in the Display Qtys By dropdown list, select one of the following:
Sales UoM
SAP Business one converts the values and descriptions in the quantity-related fields to the sales UoM as defined in the item master data record. For more information, see Item Master Data: Sales Data Tab.
Inventory UoM
