Use this window to do the following:

  • View the instances you are involved in

  • View the status of the instances you are involved in

To open this window, from the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose   Administration   Workflow   Workflow Tracking  .

General Area Fields
Status

Select the status of the workflow task.

  • All – display all the instances

  • In Process – display the instances that are not completed

  • Completed – display the instances that are completed
Only Display Involved Workflow Instances

Displays the instances of which you are the creator, participant, or owner.

Note Note

The table area displays only the instances that are based on the templates to which you have authorizations.

Table Area Fields
Instance ID

Displays the ID of the workflow instance.

Clicking the link arrow to the left of an instance ID opens the Workflow Instance window.
Workflow Template

Displays the name of the template on which the instance is based.
Instance Creator

Displays the creator of the instance.
Start Date

Displays the date on which the instance starts.
Status

Displays the status of the instance.

Note Note

To view the error information in the Workflow Message Log window, click Error in the Status column.
