Tracking the Status of the Instances 
Workflow instances consist of multiple tasks and participants. To complete an instance, the participants must process their tasks correctly and in order. The tracking function provides the participants with access to the process status for the whole instance, so they can pick up and process their own tasks accordingly on time.
Prerequisites
You have the authorization to access the Workflow Tracking window.
Procedure
From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose
Administration 
Workflow Workflow Tracking 
. The Workflow Tracking window
appears.Click the link arrow to the left of the Instance ID field. The Workflow Instance window appears. You can view the overall status of the workflow instance this task is in.
(Optional) View any error message by clicking Error in the Status column in the table.
