The Retention Management functions of SAP NetWeaver ILM enable data retention and destruction of data in adherence to legal requirements. ILM rules and legal holds control data lifecycle management.

Procedure

  1. Familiarize yourself with Customizing for ILM rules and with the setting options delivered by SAP.
