Resource Search
You use the resource search function to find suitable and available project resources.
As search criteria, the search function uses all data required for the search from the role. The search criteria can be changed in the search function without changing the attributes of the role itself.
You have installed the WFD server as an add-on or connected it as an external system. You use the WFD server to check the availability. You can also check the availability more simply without using the WFD server.

Depending on your Customizing settings (see Prerequisites), the resource search is carried out immediately using default criteria, or you can enter the following search criteria in a dialog box:
Search Criteria | See |

Note, however, that candidates are always included in the search results, regardless of the selection criteria you enter or the resource's suitability percentage.
