You use this function to create or edit resources in the Portfolio and Project Administration context.

Activities

Create Resource

To create a resource, you choose Start of the navigation path Portfolio and Project Administration Next navigation step Services Next navigation step Create Resource End of the navigation path

Complete the following:

  • Define the General Information, Status, Location, and Availability for the resource

  • Maintain all mandatory fields

  • When you have finished creating your resource, choose Save.

Edit Resource

To edit a resource, choose Start of the navigation path Portfolio and Project Administration Next navigation step Services Next navigation step Edit Resource End of the navigation path You can search for the resources you want to edit.

  • Choose the resource ID to open the details for the resource.

  • All of the information outlined above is available to edit for each resource. Update the General Information, Status, Location, and Availability for the resource as required and save your changes.
