 Adapting a Status Action

Use

You can adapt a status action if you have performed a mass status change of objects and a manual status action was created for the relevant status transition .

Prerequisites

You have performed a mass status change for the selected objects.

You have already created a manual status action for the relevant status transition.

You are in the Adapt Status Action screen.

Procedure

  1. Set the Priority indicator if you want the status action to be sent with high priority.

  2. Adapt the default text under Subject and under Comment to your requirements.

    You cannot restrict the list of recipients any further here because you enter one status action for all objects whose status has been changed via a mass status change. The authorized recipients of the status action can, however, be different for each individual object.

Result

The adapted manual status action is sent for all objects to the authorized recipient of each object.
