This iView enables you to replace an individual user or a resource by another user or resource in multiple objects, relevant subobjects, and in role-task assignments. Prerequisites

To use this iView you must have all the necessary authorizations in the back-end system.
You must have completed Customizing for Project Management.
You must have a portal user that is assigned to a Project Management user with the required authorizations.
The link to this iView in the navigation area is invisible by default. If you want to use this function you must have set the Invisible in Navigation Areas property of portal page Replace User / Resource to No.
