Maintaining a Collaboration

You can maintain a collaboration only in the cFolders system, and not in Project Management.

You have a user in a cFolders system.
You have created (see Creating a Collaboration) or assigned (see Assigning an Existing Collaboration to a Project Element) a collaboration.
You are in the Detail subview of a project element on the Collaborations tab.

In the structure tree (see Structure Tree) select the project element of the collaboration you want to maintain.
Select the collaboration you want to maintain.
Log on to the system, if necessary.
