With this function you can display and change the details of a team in the Portfolio and Project Administration context.

Features

In the header area you can perform the following actions:

  • Specify a team name

  • View the team ID. This is displayed as read-only and cannot be edited.

  • Set the status of a team to active or inactive

  • View the headcount of the team

  • Add members to a team

    You can add new members to a team in one of the following ways:

    • Directly finding and adding a member

    • Adding an organization unit, so that all the members of the organization unit become members of the team

    You can also specify one or more members as the team lead, by setting the relevant indicator.

  • Remove members from a team

In the table below the header area you can set a specific team member as Lead.

Activities

  1. You choose Start of the navigation path Portfolio and Project Administration Next navigation step Resource Management End of the navigation path and ensure that the Teams radio button is selected.

  2. In the Teams dashboard, you select a team name. The Team screen is displayed.

  3. When you are finished working with team details, click Save.
