Portfolio Details and Classification Details
With this function you can view and edit the details of an existing portfolio or classification, modify user authorizations, and work with attached objects. You can update the information in this object if you have sufficient write authorization.
You navigate to these screens, by choosing or . Then choose the Portfolio Details
pushbutton.
Note
If you have chosen a classification hierarchy in the portfolio, then the Classification Details
screen opens. It has the same views and functions as the Portfolio Details
screen.
To change the portfolio or classification hierarchy that is currently displayed, choose the Switch Portfolio
orSwitch Hierarchy/Bucket
pushbutton.

General Information
Here, you can view or change information about the portfolio or classification hierarchy in the fields described below.

Classification Hierarchies
Here, the classification hierarchies are displayed. You can choose the classification hierarchy name to open the Classification Details
screen.
In the Items, Initiatives, Collections, Reviews,
and Buckets
views, you can see the objects that are attached to this portfolio or classification hierarchy. You can work with the objects in the same way as in the work center. In
the Documents and Notes
view, you can add and remove documents for this portfolio or classification hierarchy.
Users and User Roles
You can add or remove users and user roles. You can provide new authorization or change existing authorization. Any changes in the users or authorizations are inherited by the buckets within the portfolio. To display descriptions of each authorization, hold the cursor over the column headers.
The creator of the portfolio is automatically added as the default user with administration rights. To provide authorization to users, select from Admin, Write, Read, Create, Person Responsible
