Collection Management

You can aggregate portfolio items to collections, such as programs and initiatives (see Collection).

You use this process to model a detailed structure under a bucket. You can use this process to manage these collections.

You create a collection and enter all required data.
You assign items to this collection.
You can display all collections in the dashboard for collections. For more information about dashboards, see Dashboard in Portfolio Management.

You have created a collection that includes a set of items. This allows you to manage your items under the bucket more easily.
