The following statuses exist for checklist items:

Status

Meaning

Created

The checklist item has been created in the system (initial status).

Released

See Releasing Project Elements.

Not relevant

The checklist item is not relevant.

If this status is set, the system automatically sets the result to Not relevant too.

Finished

The checklist item is finished.

Integration

The following dependencies exist between the status of phases, status of checklists and status of checklist items:

  • Locking a phase does not influence the status of checklist items, however it is not possible to process a checklist item if the phase is locked.

  • The release of the checklist leads to the release of all the checklist items.

The following dependencies exist between the status of tasks and the status of checklist items:

If a checklist item has the status Not Relevant, you cannot process the tasks that belong to it.
