Use

This function allows you to display an overview of a multi-level bill of material and to compare the multi-level BOM version with the previous version.

Prerequisites

You have defined the maximum number of BOM items that you want the system to display in the overview in settings for cFolders on the Layout tab page. This number must be greater than 0.

Features

You display a multi-level BOM by choosing Multi-Level on the BOM version screen. The multi-level BOM overview displays all items included in the BOM and all items in any subordinate BOMs in one table. The BOM level is displayed in the Level column. You can return to the single-level BOM overview by choosing Cancel .

From the multi-level overview, you can compare the items of the multi-level BOM version by choosing Compare . On the comparison details screen, you can view each change that was made between the current and the previous multi-level BOM version and the level on which the change took place. You can filter the details to display the exact information that you require.
