User Validity 
Use
This report checks whether users that objects in KM repositories relate too still exist in user management. If a user, group, or role no longer exists in user management, the affected object is displayed in the results list.

Specifies whether the system checks the validity of users who lock documents.

Specifies whether the system checks the validity of users entered in the list of permissions for objects.

Specifies whether the system checks the validity of users entered in the list of service permissions for objects.

Search by Properties |
Specifies whether the system checks the validity of users entered in the properties of objects.

This report contains no commands that you can automatically apply to objects found. If you find objects with invalid users, you can use the user resources report to transfer permissions to other users.
