User Resources 
Use
With this report you find all the items that are assigned to a certain user. You can perform the following actions:
● Unlock all items that were locked by a user.
● Find all items for which a user has permission, and move the permissions to another user.

You can restrict the report to certain repositories or folders (including all subordinate folders). Specify all repositories and folders that are to be searched. |
Maximum Results |
The system terminates the search when it has found the corresponding number of items. |
Parameters
Parameter |
Description |
The user name |
Name of the user whose items you want to search for. If you enter more than one user name, separate the entries with commas. |
Search for Locks |
Finds items that were locked by the specified user. |
Search for Permissions |
Finds objects for which the given user is entered in the access control list (ACL) for the object. |
Search by Service Permissions |
Finds objects for which the given user is entered in the access control list (ACL) for service permissions. |
Search for Properties |
Finds items in which the given user is entered in the Created By or Changed By property.
The Created By and Changed By properties cannot be changed using the report. |
